Vasant Panchami - Saraswati Pooja

Chinmaya Vidyalaya celebrated the festival of Basant Panchami with joy and devotion.

The young learners of the Pre-Primary department came to school dressed in shades of yellow and brought yellow food, in keeping with the festival’s traditions.

A captivating presentation explained the significance of Basant Panchami to the students. The learners engaged their creativity and created lotuses, sunflowers, and kites using the tear-and-paste technique.

The students of classes I and II immersed themselves in the joy of crafting paper tulips, infusing the surroundings with colourful blooms and creative energy.

A reverential Saraswati Pooja was conducted by the students and teachers of the Senior Wing. The ceremony included soulful bhajans, chanting the 108 names of the Goddess, and Prasad distribution.

The Basant Panchami celebrations at Chinmaya Vidyalaya were a beautiful blend of tradition, creativity, and devotion, enriching the hearts and minds of all participants.
