Har Ghar Tiranga – A Resplendent Ode to the Tricolour

On 14 August 2025, Chinmaya Vidyalaya, New Delhi, came alive with the vibrant spirit of patriotism as students from Classes VI to XII took part in a wide range of club activities under the theme Har Ghar Tiranga. The programme provided a platform for learners to honour the Tricolour while engaging in creative and intellectual pursuits that reflected their pride in the nation.

Students expressed their reverence for the Tiranga through eloquent declamations, artistic performances, thought-provoking artworks, innovative robotics models and displays of digital creativity. Each activity was not only a celebration of freedom but also a reminder of the values of unity, sacrifice and courage that the national flag represents.

The diversity of presentations highlighted the multifaceted talents of the learners. Speeches stirred emotion, artworks captured the essence of the Tricolour, performances reflected cultural richness, while technological and digital projects demonstrated how tradition and innovation can come together in tribute to the nation.

The event went beyond commemoration to inspire a deeper sense of responsibility and pride among the students. It encouraged them to reflect on the sacrifices of the past, to embrace their cultural heritage and to carry forward the ideals of integrity, unity and service to the nation.

The Tricolour, standing tall throughout the celebration, served as a powerful symbol. For the students, it was not just fabric in three colours, but the living embodiment of India’s resilience, heritage and collective destiny.

The Har Ghar Tiranga celebration was both a heartfelt tribute to the nation and a call to its young citizens to uphold its dignity with purpose and pride.
